Exchange, Return, or Resize

Looking to make an exchange? 

Just in case the wrong size ring was ordered, we have an exchange option. If the ring size needed is only a quarter size larger or a half size smaller, you can simply order a resizing here. But, if the difference is greater than that, an exchange is what you need. This option covers the creation of a new ring, provided you send the old ring back in the same condition as when you received it.

Note: exchanges are only available within 30 days of receipt of your ring and are in like-new condition.

Need to return your ring?

Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund but you may be able to purchase a resize or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All returns are subject to a restocking fee on the following schedule:  

The schedule below is based on the retail price of the item not including priority or shipping fees, or discount(s). 

  • $0-$199: $50
  • $200-$299: $75
  • $300 and up: $100

Note: Priority options and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Additional non-returnable items: 

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed (minus the $75 restocking fee), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, dependent upon form of payment and the payment providers standards.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us from our Contact page.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Need to have your ring resized? 

On occasion, a ring is ordered for the wrong size. Not to worry, we can usually resize most rings a quarter of a sizer larger, and a half size smaller. This option covers basic minor resizing for our wood rings but does not cover metal lined rings. For larger size changes an exchange will be necessary.

Note: For resizes please let us know what the new size needs to be when you send back your ring or place the order. Also include your order number with the ring. Thanks!

Shipping Information

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
