Just in case the wrong size ring was ordered, we have an exchange option. If the ring size needed is only a quarter size larger or a half size smaller, you can simply order a resizing here. But, if the difference is greater than that, an exchange is what you need. This option covers the creation of a new ring, provided you send the old ring back in the same condition as when you received it.

Note: exchanges are only available within 30 days of receipt of your ring and are in like-new condition.

EXCHANGE TYPE

In most cases, you will select the option for a "Full Exchange". However, if you have ordered a resizing and then found out that you need an exchange, select the "With Resize" option.

Please let us know in the order notes your original order number. Once we receive the old ring, we will notify you and get started on your new ring as soon as possible. Note: Ring needs to be shipped in a box to protect the ring from theft. We have had rings stolen from envelopes. Rustic & Main cannot be held responsible for items lost or stolen during shipment to us.
